- Manage an international portfolio of affiliate partners as their main point of contact.
- Build long-term partner relationships and identify new partners aligned with commercial and market priorities.
- Lead partnership projects from research and outreach through negotiation, onboarding, launch, and performance review.
- Analyze partner performance and turn opportunities or issues into clear actions.
- Coordinate partner launches with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve partner research, communication, reporting, and workflows; ensure activity meets regulatory, commercial, and brand standards.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business partnerships.
- Experience in fintech, online trading, financial services, or another regulated industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working directly with external partners.
- Ownership, accountability, motivation, and the ability to lead projects from start to finish.
- Commercial mindset and ability to use data to make practical decisions.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional written and spoken English; practical experience using advanced AI tools.
- A relevant degree, qualification, or certification and familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, or digital marketing channels are nice to have.
