🛠️ Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in delivery and program management, including leadership of complex cross-functional projects in technology-driven environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid program management methodologies.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting, financial management, SOW creation, scope tracking, P&L management, and business case development.
  • Experience with project analytics, delivery metrics, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
  • Preferred experience in digital, cloud, data, or enterprise technology transformations; vendor management; design thinking; operational readiness; compliance; and change control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology; PMP, CSM, or SAFe Program Consultant certification.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring achievement of scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and measurable business outcomes 2. Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans, setting clear milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and success criteria 3. Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and operating rhythms for cross-functional teams 4. Drive revenue forecasting, SOW creation, scope tracking, and P&L management to consistently meet financial targets and business objectives 5. Identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve blockers to maintain project health and predictability 7. Manage dependencies across multiple teams, projects, and third-party partners, fostering seamless collaboration and timely decision-making 8. Continuously optimize delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance team effectiveness, quality, and operational readiness Required Skills: 1.
