Requirements
5+ years professional software development experience (backend-focused)Strong professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScriptExperience building low-latency API services in AWSExperience building scalable RESTful APIsExperience with SDK integrations to other servicesExperience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS)Experience building secure multi-tenant environmentsComfortable writing raw SQL and managing schema migrations (e.g., node-postgres, node-pg-migrate)Professional experience with ReactStrong testing practices, including integration tests against real databases and failure-mode/fault-injection testingExperience working with AI coding assistants as part of daily developmentCI/CD application creation and maintenance skillsSolid understanding of full stack development, with the ability to contribute to frontend work when neededSubstantial background working with large, complex systemsAbility to overlap US business hoursBachelor's degree requiredExtreme ownership and accountability for deliverablesClient-focused dedication to team commitmentsBest practices knowledge and adherenceStrong problem-solving abilityPositive mindset and can-do attitudeMeticulous attention to detail
