- Own and drive core platform features across Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages, including site operations and compliance tracking.
- Design and optimize onboarding flows and user journeys to improve new user conversion and activation, applying strong UI/UX sensibility.
- Design and iterate on recommendation and personalization strategies for personalized content delivery, collaborating with engineering teams.
- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ensure product delivery.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data to support business growth initiatives.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, or AI-driven products; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Financial product experience with a deep understanding of 2C product design, UI/UX principles, and design thinking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to structure ambiguity into clear product specs and define meaningful success metrics.
- Proven ability to ship user-facing products with measurable impact on conversion and engagement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management; experience with platform/middle-office products is preferred.
