📜 Description

  • Assist the Earn Regulatory team with daily compliance project management and product operations across various products.
  • Track and manage regulatory project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure milestones are met.
  • Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), compliance trackers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and monitor regulatory developments across markets.
  • Act as the Direct Responsible Person (DRP) for assigned regulatory workstreams, ensuring follow-ups on action items.
  • Support regulatory reviews of product configurations and maintain accurate records of regulatory decisions.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 regulation.
  • Familiarity with crypto regulatory frameworks across key jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
  • Highly organized with the ability to track multiple projects across time zones.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.
