- Support the design and development of AI agent workflows and LLM-powered application components.
- Build and test prompt strategies, retrieval flows, tool-use logic, orchestration patterns, and backend integrations.
- Assist in defining evaluation metrics, running benchmarks, and analyzing failure cases.
- Improve system performance across quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to understand production AI systems.
🛠️ Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Solid programming skills in Python or Java; familiarity with backend engineering is preferred.
- Good problem-solving ability and comfort working with APIs, debugging, and data.
- Strong curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, automation, and real-world system design.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems and move from idea to working prototype.
