- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, production-grade ML systems and data pipelines.
- Serve as a domain expert in applying AI to solve core business challenges like sentiment analysis and personalized search.
- Drive innovation by addressing high-impact technical challenges and technical debt within ML and data infrastructure.
- Provide technical mentorship to other engineers, raising the bar for engineering excellence and best practices.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate complex business requirements into data-driven ML solutions.
- Implement MLOps practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring, to ensure system reliability.
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency with the AWS ecosystem for MLOps, including services like Amazon SageMaker and AWS Step Functions.
- Deep expertise in building scalable NLP solutions, including challenges like sarcasm detection and multilingual data management.
- Experience with various ML algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and Generative AI techniques.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns and version control.
