We are looking for a Swedish-speaking sales professional to join our outbound project as an Outbound Insurance Sales Agent (m/f/d). You will call existing customers with an outstanding loan balance and introduce an insurance product designed to cover the remaining debt in circumstances defined by the policy.

Your Tasks
Contact existing B2C customers by phone and explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately
Understand each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs
Explain the relevant benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions
Document conversations and outcomes in line with project requirements
Follow all applicable rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection
Drive direct sales of laboratory and process measurement instruments, manage customer accounts and territory growth, and provide technical demonstrations, installations, and training to customers.
Drive direct sales of analytical, synthesis chemistry, and particle characterization instruments across Central Vietnam, developing customer accounts and territory growth through technical consultation, demonstrations, and relationship.
Manage the patient sales journey from inbound inquiry to consultation booking and procedure conversion, using bilingual communication, consultative follow-up, and CRM pipeline management to build trust and improve results.
