We are looking for a Finnish-speaking sales professional to join our outbound project as an Outbound Insurance Sales Agent (m/f/d). You will call existing customers with an outstanding loan balance and introduce an insurance product designed to cover the remaining debt in circumstances defined by the policy.

Your Tasks
Contact existing B2C customers by phone and explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately
Understand each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs
Explain the relevant benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions
Document conversations and outcomes in line with project requirements
Follow all applicable rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection
Build grocery retail relationships and grow product visibility and distribution across an assigned territory by merchandising displays, stocking products, and executing sales and marketing programs.
Drives territory sales growth by developing local plans, building trusted healthcare-professional relationships, interpreting market insights and coordinating cross-functional activities to advance brand priorities and patient outcomes.
Own territory growth and sales targets by developing commercial plans, building trusted healthcare-professional relationships, interpreting market insights, and coordinating customer activities with cross-functional teams.
Guides customers with significant unsecured debt through personalized debt-resolution options, managing high-intent sales opportunities and helping customers make informed decisions from initial contact through enrollment.
