We're conducting research studies with domain experts in various foundational fields. This gives us context about the problems practitioners in the field solve, their reasoning principles and delivery style among other benchmarks.
This is a fully remote, 2-day study. Participants have to answer a questionnaire about their domain modeled on real frequently asked questions by clients and interact with team members posing as clients.
We build a customised questionnaire for each participant based on their experience and area of work, the questionnaire also includes interactive sections where members of our team step in and ask certain different questions to add more perspective. Sessions run for 8-9 hours a day with ample of breaks. No need for any advance preparation.
What you'll need: a computer with a webcam and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space.
An undergraduate degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing or a related healthcare field
5+ years in a client-facing healthcare role, such as doctor, pharmacist or nurse
Comfortable explaining your reasoning in English, Hindi or another Indian language

A 45-year-old female from Patna asks: "I've had acidity for three weeks and have been taking Pan-D without any results." What would you ask them, and what would you advise?
A parent asks whether to give Crocin or Combiflam to a 6-year-old with a 101°F fever.
A patient's report shows an HbA1c of 6.4, and they ask if they need to start medicine.
A patient on BP tablets feels fine and wants to stop taking them.
Every participant is paid. The amount depends on your expertise and experience, and is agreed before confirmation of participation.
30% is paid in advance once your participation is confirmed.
The remaining 70% is paid on Day 2, before the study ends.
All payments are made by bank transfer.
Your responses are not used directly to train any AI model. Our researchers study how you reason and communicate to build an internal scorecard.
Recordings are stored securely and seen only by our research team.
We never sell or share recordings outside Anuvaya Labs.
Recordings are kept as part of our long-term research archive.

Who will be on the call? The research panel consists of 1-2 researchers and an engineer.
Co-lead RWE and HEOR client engagements, shaping evidence strategies, overseeing studies and analytics, and translating complex outcomes data into recommendations that inform healthcare access and decision-making.
Educate healthcare providers on genetic testing programs, build diagnostic expertise in inherited retinal disease, collaborate on regional strategy, and support labs and stakeholders in effective testing utilization.
Conducts onsite clinical trial monitoring for Phase II and/or III studies, overseeing site communication, source data review, query resolution, study progress, regulatory submissions, and audit and inspection preparation.
Conducts clinical trial monitoring visits and assesses investigator sites to ensure they have the qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment, and staff needed to run studies safely and effectively.
Leads clinical study strategy and execution for medical device research, from protocol development and site activation through monitoring, analysis, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.
