About the study

We're conducting research studies with domain experts in various foundational fields. This gives us context about the problems practitioners in the field solve, their reasoning principles and delivery style among other benchmarks.

This is a fully remote, 2-day study. Participants have to answer a questionnaire about their domain modeled on real frequently asked questions by clients and interact with team members posing as clients.

What the two days look like

We build a customised questionnaire for each participant based on their experience and area of work, the questionnaire also includes interactive sections where members of our team step in and ask certain different questions to add more perspective. Sessions run for 8-9 hours a day with ample of breaks. No need for any advance preparation.

What you'll need: a computer with a webcam and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of regular consultation practice in Vedic astrology

• Comfortable explaining your reasoning in English, Hindi or another Indian language

Example scenarios

These are examples of the kind of questions you might be asked. Your actual questions will be tailored to your experience.

• A 31-year-old woman from Jaipur shares her chart and asks: "My marriage keeps getting delayed. Is there something in my chart?" What would you look at, and how would you explain it to her?

• Parents share their son's chart and a prospective bride's chart. The guna milan score is 18, and they ask whether they should go ahead.

• Someone in Shani mahadasha asks whether they should quit their job and start a business this year.

• A family asks you for a muhurat for their griha pravesh next month.

Payment

• Every participant is paid. The amount depends on your expertise and experience, and is agreed before confirmation of participation.

• 30% is paid in advance once your participation is confirmed.

• The remaining 70% is paid on Day 2, before the study ends.

• All payments are made by bank transfer.

How we use your responses

• Your responses are not used directly to train any AI model. Our researchers study how you reason and communicate to build an internal scorecard.

• Recordings are stored securely and seen only by our research team.

• We never sell or share recordings outside Anuvaya Labs.

• Recordings are kept as part of our long-term research archive.

• With your consent, we credit you by name for your contribution.

• Every participant receives a certificate of contribution.

1. Apply. Tell us about your practice.

2. Intro call. If you're shortlisted, a call to get to know you and answer your questions.

3. Confirmation. Agree on dates and payment terms, followed by the 30% advance.

4. The study. With remaining payment made on Day 2.

Is this a job? No. It is a paid two day research study.

What if I don't know the answer to a question? This is useful data to us, so no pressure.

Who will be on the call? The research panel consists of 1-2 researchers and an engineer.
