- Run end-to-end tests on new features before release across our web and mobile applications.
- Own the release process: test staging builds, run the final quality gate before ship, and help us move toward faster, more frequent releases.
- Develop risk-based test plans for critical telehealth workflows, including patient-facing experiences and high-impact production changes.
- Perform mobile device testing on Android, including reproducing and verifying device-specific issues.
- Triage, track, and manage bugs, driving them to closure and keeping the backlog under control.
- Build and maintain automated tests to expand coverage and speed up regression testing.
🛠️ Requirements
- Solid QA / software testing experience, ideally in a fast-moving product environment.
- Experience writing and improving test automation and test infrastructure, including using AI coding agents to build and improve automation.
- Hands-on Android device testing experience.
- Comfortable testing web applications end to end.
- Experience working across dev, staging, and production environments and with release processes.
- Strong bug tracking, test case management, and triage skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the judgment to distinguish release-blocking issues from minor ones.
- Able to drive quality independently while partnering closely with engineering and product.
