The Opportunity: We are actively recruiting experienced social workers to join our Adult & Aging Services Intensive Support Social Work Team (ISSWT), supporting county agencies across North Carolina in a variety of Adult & Aging program areas. In this role, you will partner with county agencies and the A4O Consultant Team to deliver high-quality, results-driven services that support the needs of individuals and communities throughout North Carolina.

Provide virtual primary and urgent care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, coordinating treatment, and supporting patients through clear, compassionate communication.
Develop and advance U.S. Congressional engagement on AI policy by building relationships with lawmakers and staff, coordinating briefings and partnerships, and preparing leaders for government engagements.
