- Become a trusted advisor to clients, from data owners to C-level executives.
- Drive multi-workstream programs delivering enterprise data and AI platforms.
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning and delivery.
- Own program governance, including status reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with various practices within the organization.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years leading technical delivery in consulting/professional services, including multi-workstream programs and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to translate technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes and executive-ready communication.
- Experience delivering modern data, analytics, and/or AI solutions in cloud and enterprise environments; able to partner effectively with engineers, architects, and analytics leaders.
- Strong program governance and delivery management skills: integrated plans, dependency management, RAID, change control, and clear escalation paths.
- Fluency across Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery; able to adapt the approach to client context and team maturity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
