ABL DIAGNOSTICS is seeking a Field Application Specialists located in Paris Berlin to provide first and second-level application support for their molecular and genetic testing products, including PCR, Sanger sequencing, and NGS.
The role involves supporting affiliates and distributors, conducting product and application training, managing product updates and complaints, gathering market intelligence, and collaborating with internal teams. The specialist will contribute to customer relationship management and ensure efficient post-marketing surveillance.
The role implies up to 80% travel on client sites internationally.
Knowledge of different language is a plus, English in mandatory.
Previous NGS and liquid handling experience is preferred.
Minimum BSc in Biology, Molecular Biology or related, relevant professional experience will be considered.
